The Brodhead Dance Academy wants to host a party for you!
Our newly renovated space includes: carpeted seating areas, play area, table seating for up to 24. Food/Drink serving area available for a do-it-yourself or catered setup. Separate wood dance floor areas will be used for dance events during a hosted activity. Adults must be present and assist the hosting staff member with food/presents. At least one adult is needed per 10 kids. Your other adult guests are welcome to come too.
Availability includes Saturday afternoons and Sundays when we are not holding classes.
Birthday Parties:
Girls, boys, and teen options. $125 for up to 10 kids. Additional participating kids are $8 each. This reserves a two hour party and allows for an additional half-hour for free play/child pick up. A $65 dollar non-refundable deposit will hold your spot. You will have a staff host and a dance teacher on site for your party.
Parties include: Hosted, themed dance event in studio with instructor. Cool party space for you to bring in your own easy- to-eat, easy- to-clean-up, food and drinks. We’ll provide: non-decorated tables, chairs, and a fun activity. You can bring in anything else you want to decorate the tables. (no tape on walls) Come in early to set up and welcome your guests just as it if was your own home.
- 15 min. Our costumed staff host will help you welcome guests and get party attendees working on a quick art/coloring project and/or kids can play in the play area.
- 45 min. themed dance class in the studio with dance teacher
- Time for cake and food. (parents can set up while class in session)
- Open gifts and free time until party time is over. (Our host will help with gift delivery)
- Clean up/take down by our staff host
- Pick your theme: Cinderella, Super Heroes, Frozen, Under the Sea, Ballerina, Teen Jam (descriptions below).
Birthday Party Themes:
- Cinderella/Princess Party –Wear your best princess costumes and we’ll have a fashion show! (Recommended for age 4-8)
- Superheroes- dress as your favorite hero and we’ll help you learn some fun moves to save the day. (Recommended for age 5-10)
- Under the Sea – mermaid/mermen party to get your fins flappin’. (Recommended for age 5-10)
- Frozen –Seasons of fun party – snowball throwing, puddle jumping party. (Recommended for age 4-8)
- Ballerina – Ballet story time party that’s tutu fun! Wear a tutu or a dance costume! (Recommended for age 3-6)
- Teen Jam session – hip hop dance party or a retro disco party with disco lights included. (Recommended for ages 10-16)
- Themes based on request (If there’s a theme you would like but not listed, ASK! Other themes we’ve done are Moana and Trolls!)
Note: Grown-ups are expected to be at all activities to monitor and keep the environment safe for everyone. The Brodhead Dance Academy and its staff are not responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind. Attend and participate at your own risk. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Bachelorette Party – Start your fun night out here with a fun 1-hour pre-party dance event plus time to chill out — and then venture off for your night on the town. We’ll have a special dance class designed just for your group. You can bring your own cocktails and snacks. We’ll provide the fun setting and a “girls only” dance lesson you’ll never forget, feathers included. $15 per person. Bring at least 8 people or it’s not a party. A $60 deposit will hold your spot. Party in total 2.5 hours.
Ladies Night Out – Shake it off with us! 2.5 hours total. This is a 45 min. fun dance class and evening event for ladies only. Bring a group of friends and hang out with us. Private or open events are both available. You supply your own snacks and beverages; we’ll host a fun dance party and show you some new dance moves to take home. $10 per person. Minimum 10 people. A $60 deposit holds your spot.
