September 5-7

The first week of classes.
Monday night classes begin September 11th. 

First ½ of tuition due. Unless on monthly autopay.

September 18-21

Bring a friend week.
Bring a friend to class to watch and participate in a portion of the class. One friend per student of similar age. This event is for non-dance friends only. Athletic clothes and socks or bare feet are recommended for our guests.

October 12

Clothing Order Due. Brodhead Dance Academy clothing order from Erika Risum. Order forms will be coming home with your dancer.

October 23-26

Dress up or decorate your hair.
Use your head to make a fun, spooky, or elegant bun, or wear a hat!

October 31

No class.
Enjoy trick-or-treating! All other classes meet this week. 

November 1

Costume payments are due.
$70 per class. Measurements will be taken in class.

November 22-23

Thanksgiving break.
No class Wednesday or Thursday. Costumes are being ordered. 

November 27-30

Final class payments are due. Unless on monthly autopay.

December 1

Fire & Ice Parade

December 18-21

Dress festive.
Wear your Santa hats, jingle bells, snowflakes… whatever you think says festive!

December 25-January 5

Winter break.
Two weeks off. Class resumes on January 8th, 2024.

March 4-8

Finish Dances. All classes should be finishing up their choreography.

March 11-22

Spring Break.

Two weeks off. Class resumes on March 25th, 2024.

March 25-29

Photo night.
Group & individual photos will be taken at the studio during your student’s normal class time. Please arrive slightly earlier than your normal class time and change at the studio (seatbelts are not costume friendly!). Full hair and makeup. Please note we may run later than normal, so plan for a longer time window than regular classes run. There is no practice, only pictures.

April 21

Tickets Go On Sale In Person. Stop by the studio between 2-6pm to purchase tickets.

April 28

Additional Ticket Sales Day. Stop by the studio between 1-5pm to purchase tickets.

*After April 28th, tickets can be purchased at the front desk during normal studio hours Monday – Thursday.

May 17

Dress Rehearsal at Monroe Performing Arts Center.
1600 26th St. Monroe, WI 53566 at the high school.
One rehearsal night with all students. Full hair and makeup. The exact rehearsal times for your class will be distributed at a later date.

May 18-19

Recital Weekend at Monroe Performing Arts Center.
Three shows in total and dancers will perform in all three. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
